Bus waiting shed demolished by panchayath

വളാഞ്ചേരി ടൌണിൽ പട്ടാമ്പി റോഡിൽ പഴയ പോസ്റ്റോഫീസിനു മുന്നിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ബസ് കാത്തിരിപ്പ് കേന്ദ്രം പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധിക്രതർ പൊളിച്ചു മാറ്റി. 80കളുടെ മധ്യത്തിൽ പണികഴിപ്പിച്ച ഈ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഷെഡ് അറ്റകുറ്റപണികൾ നടത്താതിനാൽ തകർച്ചയുടെ വക്കിലായിരുന്നു. സുരക്ഷാപ്രശ്നം മുന്നിർത്തി, പഞ്ചായ്ത്ത് ഈ വെയിറ്റിങ്ങ് ഷെഡ് പൊളിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞതോടെ ബസ് കാത്തുനിൽക്കാൻ യോജിച്ച ഒരിടം പോലും ഇല്ലാതെ വിഷമിക്കുകയാണ് യാത്രക്കാർ. അതിനാൽ എത്രയും വേഗം തൽ‌സ്ഥാനത്ത് പുതിയ കാത്തിരിപ്പ് കേന്ദ്രം നിർമ്മിക്കണമെന്ന് പ്രദേശവാസികൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
