Note:-

(1) The above vacancy is now in existence. This is the first NCA notification published due to the non-availability of SC candidates in the Ranked List for the post of Lower Division Clerk that came into effect on 09.08.2011(Category No.352/2008). The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until filling up the vacancy that arose due to the absence of SC candidates in the Ranked List published in the above said date. Vacancies that arise/may arise which are earmarked for SC candidates, during that period will also be filled up from this Ranked list.

5   Method of appointment          :   Caste/   Scheduled Tribe     of the  Member  Societies  affiliated   to  Kerala   State Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited (HANTEX).

Note:    Applications   submitted   by   candidates   who   are   not   regular   employees   of   HANTEX   and   belonging   to communities other than Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe will be rejected.   Individual   communications   regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

5         Age : 18-50 years. Candidates born between 02/01/1962 and 01/01/1994 (Both dates included) are only eligible for the post.

6         7.    Qualifications:

a)  Must be a regular employee who has a minimum regular service of three years and continuing in service  in any cadre in the Member Co-operative Societies affiliated to Kerala State Handloom Weaver’s Co-operative Society Limited (HANTEX) BA / BSC / BCom Degree from a recognized University with HDC / HDC & BM / JDC

Or

                                                                    B.Com with Co-operation

Or

BSC Co-opeation & Banking of Kerala Agricultural University. The eligible employees of Kerala State Handloom Weaver’s Co-operative Society Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them, eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission.
