Pay Scale	Rs. 15,600-39,100 Rs. 6,000 Grade Pay Total emoluments excluding T.A. HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs.35,640/-p.m. approximately.
Age	Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. For age concession applicable to some other categories of applicants, please see relevant paras of the ‘Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection.’
Essential Qualificaiton (s)	a EDUCATIONAL- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Technology from a recognized University or equivalent-.-Passed Sec ‘A’ ‘B’ of AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.Note. The qualifications are relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable Qualificaiton (s)	i First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent-.ii Qualified in All India Examination such as GATE.iii Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.-Passed Sec ‘A’ ‘B’ of AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.
Duty(ies)	Instructional, teaching, setting of question paper, evaluation of answer sheets and any other duty linked with instructional appointment.
Probation	One year.
Head Quarter	At Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers MC EME, Secunderabad but liable to be posted anywhere in India.
Other Details	General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted Non-Ministerial. The post is permanent.
