Keralotsavam logoഇതിന്റെ നടത്തിപ്പിന് മേൽനോട്ടം വഹിക്കുന്നതിനായി യൂത്ത് കോർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റിയിലേയും ക്ലബുകളിലേയും അംഗങ്ങളെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു കമ്മിറ്റിക്ക് രൂപം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തു.

Summary: Organizing committee formed for conducting the Keralotsavam-2012 at Valanchery Grama Panchayath. The meeting to discuss the issue was presided by the Panchayath president TP Abdul Gafoor. A committee was formed by including the members from youth co-ordination committee and various clubs.
